Corn Cordyceps Flower Pork Rib Soup

Prepare the necessary ingredients, wash the ribs, wash the corn and cut into sections, wash the cordyceps flowers, and slice the ginger for later use;

Prepare the required tools;

Boil water in the pot. After the water boils, add the ribs, blanch the water to remove the blood foam, remove it and set aside;

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pressure cooker, add the blanched ribs, and then add the corn;

Put Cordyceps flowers;

Add sliced ginger and green onions;

Start the electric pressure cooker, select meat/spare ribs as the ingredients, and cook/soup as the cooking method. After entering the heat preservation state, press and hold the button on the lid and manually deflate the air.
Tips:
1. When boiling this soup, you can choose to use fresh cordyceps flowers or dry cordyceps flowers;
2. If you use small spring onions for soup, you don't need to cut them into sections. You can roll the spring onions into knots and put them in the pot. After the soup is boiled, use chopsticks to pick it out.
