The weather is good these few days. On spring days, enjoying the warm sunshine, and pairing with some small desserts, this afternoon time is wonderful and cozy. A crispy biscuit made with corn flour, it tastes crispy, and is quite good for making afternoon tea snacks.

Corn Crackers

1. Prepare all the ingredients.

2. Soften the butter and add sugar.

3. Beat until the butter is fluffy and whitish.

4. Add egg yolk and vanilla oil and beat well.

5. Sift in baking powder, flour and cornmeal.

6. Make the dough and let stand for 15 minutes.

7. Then divide into small dough balls of about 20 grams and place them on the baking tray.

8. Use a fork to press out the pattern.

9. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 15-20 minutes.

10. After baking, take out the biscuits and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Tips:

After sifting the flour into the dough, don’t knead the dough vigorously, just put the butter and flour together with your hands, so that the dough will not easily get oily
