In the morning, have a savoury soup with a piece of bread.

Corn Egg Drop Soup

1. The corn is broken into grains, and the greens are shredded.

2. The corn is chopped on a cutting board.

3. Put two bowls of water in the milk pan.

4. Add salt, ginger and pepper.

5. Add chicken powder and sesame oil and stir well.

6. Beat the eggs and stir the cornstarch (I just need a little cornstarch, but you can put more). Pour the cornstarch into the pot and stir evenly.

7. Cook the corn shreds and add shredded green cabbage when the taste is satisfied.

8. Pour in the egg liquid.

9. Ready to drink

Tips:

I made exactly three bowls.
You can add shredded ginger if you don’t have ginger powder.
