Originally, this soup was intended to make corn soup, but after I bought all the ingredients home, I found out that the starch at home ran out and I forgot to buy it. If you are too lazy to go downstairs and buy it again, let's change it to corn soup. Although it doesn't have the thick feeling, it tastes very good.

Corn Egg Drop Soup

1. Prepare the required materials.

2. Wash the fresh corn and cut into corn kernels, and cut the ham into small cubes.

3. Place water in a pot to boil, add ginger.

4. Then pour the corn kernels.

5. After boiling, use a small spoon to skim the foam on the surface and cook for another 10 minutes.

6. Add the diced ham and cook for another 5 minutes.

7. Then add the right amount of salt.

8. Add pepper and chicken essence.

9. After breaking the eggs, pour them into the corn soup.

10. Stir while pouring the egg mixture to allow the eggs to form egg flowers.

11. Just sprinkle with chopped green onion before serving.

Tips:

This soup is relatively light and suitable for children and the elderly, and it is also very nutritious.
