Corn Fried Onions

1. The corn broke into two halves.

2. Flatten the corn on the cob with the back of the knife, and cut off the corn kernels, being careful with your hands.

3. Cut the onion thickly.

4. Heat oil in a pan, add onions and stir fry a few times.

5. Add the corn kernels and stir fry a few times.

6. Pour a small bowl of water along the side of the pot and cook for one minute, until the corn is broken.

7. Season with salt.

8. Add chicken essence and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.

9. Finished product.
