Corn Fritters

Weigh the flour, cornmeal and leavening agent as needed

Add about 170 grams of warm water to form a dough and cover with plastic wrap for 20-30 minutes

Knead the good dough

Divide the dough into two pieces for ease of operation and roll them out into strips
5.
Cut the right width
6.
Every two sets overlap up and down with chopsticks
7.
Do it all and send it for 5 minutes
8.
Fry in the oil pan until the surface is golden and serve
