Corn Ham Quiche
1.
Mix wheat flour, baking powder, black pepper and salt, mince ham, and defrost fresh corn slightly and set aside for later use
2.
Beat the eggs in the flour, then add a little corn ham and stir
3.
Slowly add water to the flour and mix, and stir while adding water. The batter should be slightly thicker
4.
After the pan is heated, pour vegetable oil into it. When the oil is hot, turn to medium-low heat. Use a spoon to scoop an appropriate amount of batter into the pan, and use a spoon to form the cake into a round shape.
5.
Fry on a low fire until the edges of the cake start to burn, then turn over, wait until both sides are golden and cooked.
