Corn Horseshoe Spare Rib Soup
1.
After the ribs are washed, the water in the pot is boiled, and the ribs and ginger slices are added, and the blood is removed and the water is removed.
2.
Horseshoe peeled and washed
3.
Horseshoe cut into small pieces
4.
Wash and soak the ginseng seeds in advance.
5.
Cut the corn into sections.
6.
Put the above ingredients in a large pot, add a slice of ginger, and add a proper amount of water (I use gas to heat, the water will evaporate, so add enough at a time.) First, the high fire will boil and then turn to a slow fire for about an hour.
7.
Add salt, and finally sprinkle with chopped green onion to serve.
Tips:
1. After removing the blood from the ribs, the soup is relatively sweet and not greasy.
2. When boiling the soup, still need to put a slice of ginger. It can avoid fishy.
