Corn Pie
1.
Cook the corn in water, rinse it with cold water, peel the kernels, mix with the above four ingredients, and stir well.
2.
I used a round mold to shape the corn kernels and fry them on a pan with heated oil after being removed from the mold. It's very simple. Using molds will not disperse for people like me who are unfavorable in craftsmanship. Friends, try it!
3.
This is not made with a molding die, it is relatively thin and easy to loose when turned over. It's best not to turn it over, just fry it on a low fire and start eating.
Tips:
I use sweet corn, put a little oil on low heat and set the shape.
