Corn Pork Ribs Congee

Clean the pork ribs and blanch them in water, put them to a boil in a pot of cold water, boil the bleeding foam, remove and clean them.

Put the blanched ribs and enough water in the pot, add 2 slices of ginger and bring to a boil. Turn to medium heat and simmer for an hour. Clean the fresh corn.

Cut the corn kernels with a knife, add them to the ribs soup, and put the washed rice into the pot. In order to prevent the pot from mashing, stir frequently, turn to medium heat and cook for 30 and 40 minutes until the porridge is thick and smooth.

The cooked porridge is very thick, add some sesame oil, add a little salt and turn off the heat, sprinkle with chives for garnish
