Corn Pork Ribs Soup

1. Chop the ribs and wash them for later use.

2. Heat water in a casserole, pour the ribs in and blanch

3. Turn off the heat after the water is boiled

4. Pour out the soup and rinse with clean water

5. Prepare green onion, ginger and red dates

6. Add enough water, green onion, ginger and red dates to the casserole again. Turn to low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.

7. Prepare two stalks of sweet corn

8. Chop the corn into semicircular sections.

9. Turn the casserole to high heat, pour in the corn segments and bring to a boil. Turn to low heat and simmer for another half an hour. Season the salt and pepper.
