Corn Pork Ribs Soup
1.
Prepare all the ingredients
2.
Wash the ribs with water several times until the blood is washed off, drain the water and put it on a plate, add salt, rice wine and vinegar, mix well and marinate for more than 10 minutes
3.
Wash dried red dates, put them in a bowl in advance, and soak in water for about half an hour. If there is no time, red dates can be soaked without water.
4.
Pick the black corn to be clean, wash the black corn and use a knife to cut each corn into 3 pieces, a total of 9 pieces, green onions into long sections, and ginger into slices
5.
Put the marinated ribs in a pressure cooker, then add black corn, red dates, green onions and ginger
6.
Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and power on
7.
Press the pressure cooker button to the "Spare Rib Soup" for about 15 minutes. When the time is up, open the lid after the pressure cooker cools and decompresses.
Tips:
1. You can add more salt when marinating ribs, add enough salt at one time, and you don't need to add salt when you add water later.
2. When marinating ribs, be sure to add an appropriate amount of vinegar to help dissolve the calcium in the ribs in the soup.
