The hair cake hole is fine like needles, smells delicious, sweet but not greasy, waxy but not sticky, rich in nutrition, especially suitable for the elderly and children.
My baby likes to eat it very much. Seeing that I evaporate cakes, I don’t even eat dinner, just wait for the steamed cakes to come out of the pot.

Corn Pudding

1. Prepare the required ingredients

2. Ingredients A, flour, cornmeal, pour into a basin, add 3g of yeast

3. Add baking powder

4. Stir well

5. Add sugar and stir well

6. Pour 260g of warm water, do not add it at once, stir while adding

7. Stir the sticky shape as shown in the figure, set aside

8. Brush the cake mold with a layer of cooking oil for easy demolding

9. Pour the stirred batter into the abrasive tool, and smooth it with a spoon dipped in water

10. Put it in the steamer lid and ferment to double the size

11. Put dough B into the bowl

12. Add 1g yeast

13. Stir with warm water to form cotton wool and knead it into dough by hand

14. Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to double size

15. Fermented batter

16. Divide the fermented dough B into four parts, add matcha powder, red yeast rice powder, blueberry powder, cocoa powder, and knead evenly

17. Sprinkle matcha powder on the bottom of the batter

18. Knead the green dough into thin strips and place them on the batter with different lengths of space. (If you like to make it), the meridians of the flowers are finished. You can make some short sections of green noodles on the matcha powder.

19. Make your favorite flowers and put them in the steamer and steam for half an hour. After steaming, turn off the heat and simmer for 2-3 minutes, open the lid and release the mold

Tips:

1. The batter must be decorated when it is fermented twice, because it will be twice as big after the decoration is finished, and it will be just right in the pot.
2. Be sure to simmer for a while before starting the pot to prevent collapse
3. You can try to sprinkle the matcha powder after it is out of the pot, it will be more beautiful, I also found this problem after steaming
