Corn Pudding

Prepare 2 eggs, 200ml milk, 50g corn kernels (20g of which are used for surface decoration), 30g powdered sugar.

Break up the eggs (just break them, but don't beat them).

Add milk to the beaten eggs and stir gently.

Add powdered sugar and mix well.

Use a whisk to mix the milk and powdered sugar in one direction (must be in one direction).

Filter the well-stirred egg liquid twice with a fine sieve to make a pudding liquid.

This is the pudding after being filtered twice.

Add 30 grams of corn kernels to the filtered pudding solution and stir in one direction.

Pour the well-stirred pudding liquid into a cup or bowl dedicated to the oven.

Put the cup with the pudding liquid into the baking pan; pour hot water into the baking pan, the depth of the hot water is about 1cm.

Put it in the preheated oven, lower level, 160 degrees, about 40 minutes.
