I like glutinous corn very much, the taste of glutinous rice, and the faint sweetness that comes out of chewing slowly. Whenever you come across something for sale, don’t miss it. When it’s steamed, pick up one while it’s hot and gnaw on the slightly sweet corn kernels, no matter how sour your cheeks are. Corn has high nutritional value, has the effects of invigorating the spleen and appetizing, nourishing the lungs and calming the heart. Corn is rich in dietary fiber, which can stimulate gastrointestinal motility and promote bowel movements. It can promote blood circulation, lower cholesterol and delay aging. Corn and rice can be eaten with porridge to improve its nutritional value. Pumpkin is also my favorite ingredient. I use its natural coloring to make pasta, and pair it with white fungus to make sweet soup. Then I often eat pumpkin glutinous rice porridge.

1. Prepare all kinds of ingredients. Wash corn and peanuts, drain and set aside.

2. Mix glutinous rice and wheat kernels, wash, add appropriate amount of cold water, and cook for 10 minutes on high heat.
