Corn Ribs

Cut the ribs into clean water and soak the bleeding water.

Wash corn and cut into pieces.
3.
Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger
4.
Put the ribs in a casserole and add an appropriate amount of water.
5.
Bring to a boil to remove the foam with a spoon.
6.
Add sliced green onion and ginger.
7.
Turn the lid to low heat and simmer for 50 minutes.
8.
Add corn again.
9.
Cover and simmer for 25 minutes and turn off the heat.
10.
Put it into a bowl and sprinkle a little coriander.
Tips:
When cooking ribs, use a pot under cold water.
Don't add MSG.
