Corn Rice Cake

Soak the rice for 2 hours and break it with a blender (do not add too much water when beating, just soak half of the rice)

For the beaten rice milk, add a teaspoon of baking powder (baking powder), omitting the flour and corn juice and stir it into a paste, and leave it to ferment until it is free or a little sour.

Brush the grinder with oil, use a tablespoon and a spoon to introduce the fermented rice paste, steam it on the pot for 15 minutes, then simmer for 5 minutes
