Corn Shrimp Cake

1 sweet corn, take the corn kernels, put them into the food processor together with the sausages and shrimps, add 50ml of water to break up (the water is only half of the corn kernels)

The mashed corn paste totals 300g

Add 100g flour and stir to mix

Pour in 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoon of salt

Brush oil in the pot

Pour in corn paste and fry on low heat (cover with lid for about 7 minutes)

Turn over and fry until crispy on both sides
