Corn Stewed Pork Ribs
1.
Wash the corn and cut into 4 to 5 cm pieces
2.
Wash and cut ribs. (I used ribs with more meat)
3.
Boil the ribs first, and put cold water into the pot, so that the water has not passed the ribs
4.
During the blanching process, use a colander to skim out the foam
5.
Put the blanched ribs into the rice cooker
6.
Pour boiling water, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine
7.
Put the corn in, start the stew mode (add enough water at once)
8.
After the ribs are simmered until tender, add salt to taste before serving
Tips:
Aniseed and seasoning can be added according to your own taste, it is best not to put too much, it is easy to destroy the fragrance of the corn soup.
