Corn Sweet Soup

Wash corn and cut into sections.

Add half a pot of water, cover the pot, bring to a boil on high heat and adjust to medium heat.

After simmering on medium heat for about 20 minutes, turn down the heat and simmer for another 10 minutes, then add rock sugar.
4.
It can be drunk as a sweet soup or as a sweet treat to change after a meal.
