When autumn is here, the health-preserving soup is beginning to be made. The pig's trotters are groomed and stewed with corn and tomatoes for two hours, and the health soup is made.

Corn Tomato Trotter Soup

1. Each trotter is cut into 6 sections, corn, tomato, green onion, garlic cloves, and ginger are prepared.

2. Bring water to a boil in the pot, pour in the cleaned trotters, cover and boil until the water boils.

3. After the water boils, remove the surface foam. Add green onion, sliced ginger, garlic cloves (the garlic cloves are easy to taste after a few times with a knife)

4. Immediately, pour the cut corn and tomato pieces into the pot, cover and cook for half an hour on medium heat.

5. In half an hour, it will be almost in this condition. The shallots and tomatoes are almost boiled, but the trotters are not soft enough. Copy it with a spoon, turn to low heat and continue to cover and cook for 40 minutes.

6. Forty minutes later, the texture of the trotters is relatively soft and rotten, the oil is also boiled out, and a layer of oil is floating on the surface of the soup. Add 2 tablespoons of salt and stir, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

7. The corn tomato trotters soup is ready.

8. If you like, you can sprinkle with coriander or chopped green onion.

Tips:

The pig's feet must be washed clean! ! Otherwise there will be a fishy smell. My pig's trotters have no cooking wine, and there is no fishy smell at all.
