Corn, Winter Beans, Ham and Vegetable Chowder---jin Yu Man Tang's New Practice

Prepare the ingredients: corn, ham, minced meat, winter beans, carrots.

Cut all the ingredients into small dices and set aside. The winter beans should be blanched for two minutes, then remove them for use.

On high heat, first pour two spoons of Yishutang hemp oil, then pour the minced meat into the pot, and add half a spoon of salt.

After the minced meat turns white, add the carrots and stir fry for 1 minute.

Pour in the corn kernels (raw) and fry until the corn changes color.

Adjust to medium heat and pour in winter beans.

Pour in the diced ham, then pour in half a tablespoon of salt, stir and fry evenly to start the pan.

Tips:
1. You can choose your favorite vegetables as side dishes according to your hobbies.
2. In order to make the minced meat have a salty taste, you can add salt when you start to fry the minced meat.
3. Like me, it can be fried with hemp oil, which has richer nutritional value and is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, which is more suitable for vegetables.
