Corn Wolfberry Juice

Prepare the ingredients, soak the medlar in water in advance to soften

Wash the fresh corn into corn kernels

Put the washed fresh corn kernels and wolfberry fruit into the soymilk machine

Add an appropriate amount of water. Turn on the fruit and vegetable soymilk function of the soymilk machine

Pour out the corn juice, filter, and add some rock sugar to taste. Finished product
Tips:
1. This juice nourishes the liver and kidneys, reduces fat and eliminates food. Lycium barbarum can protect the liver, inhibit fatty liver, and promote liver cell regeneration. (The wine-flavored wolfberry has deteriorated and is not edible);
2. The amount of sugar is added according to the sweetness you like, I generally don't add sugar.
