Cornmeal Buns

Add 100g cornmeal to hot water

Add appropriate amount of low-gluten wheat flour and sugar yeast to knead the dough

Place the kneaded dough in a warm place to wake up for 1 hour, during which time the gauze to be moistened is placed on the steamer

After the dough wakes up, knead out the air, then twist it into small doses of the same size, set the shape and wake up the pot for another 20 minutes and then steam it
