Cornmeal Knife Cut Buns

Mix the flour and corn flour.

Add appropriate amount of water and yeast to knead the dough.

Proof until it is more than twice the size, then knead evenly into a strip after exhausting.

Cut into buns with a knife.
5.
Proof in a steamer.
6.
Ferment it again until it is puffy, steam on high heat for 18 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it out for 5 minutes.
