Cornmeal Pudding

Put cornmeal and white flour (1:1), sugar and baking powder in a container and mix well.

Open a nest in the middle and add yeast powder.

Add a small amount of water to dissolve the yeast.

Then slowly add an appropriate amount of water and mix into a slightly thinner batter.

Find a mold and apply a layer of cooking oil evenly to facilitate demoulding.

Pour the batter into the mold and spread it out.

Sprinkle all kinds of dried fruits on top, which can be added as you like.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment to 2 times the size.

Bring the steamer to the heat. After the water is boiled, it can be heated for 40 minutes.
