Cornmeal Pudding
1.
Rinse the yeast powder with warm water. The water should not be too hot, just a little bit of temperature.
2.
Mix cornmeal and white flour together, add yeast water, then add cold water and stir
3.
Stir into flocculent fermentation
4.
It's just twice as big before fermenting
5.
Stir in sugar and put it in the container
6.
Wash and chop the jujube
7.
Sprinkle evenly on the surface
8.
Wrap it in plastic wrap and steam it in a pot under warm water for 25 minutes.
Tips:
1 The water used for making yeast powder must not be too hot, too hot will reduce the baking effect
2The ratio of corn flour to white flour can be adjusted by yourself (more corn flour will make it firmer when steamed, it will be softer, and there will be less residue; more white flour will result in looser residue and more)
