Coryneforme Mushroom and Winter Melon Pot
1.
Soak and wash the wild mushrooms and put them in a pot of water together with the corn.
2.
Boil the pork stick bones in the pot and remove the water to drain.
3.
Pour the blanched mushrooms, corn, and cob bones into an electric clay pot filled with hot water.
4.
Add green onion, ginger, and aniseed, cover the pot and simmer over heat.
5.
Peel the winter melon, wash, and cut into hob pieces.
6.
After boiling for 1 hour, put the winter melon and peas into the pot and continue to boil. Add appropriate amount of salt and white pepper, and boil until the winter melon is cooked.
After serving, sprinkle some coriander leaves, and there is a little fragrance in the delicious soup.
Tips:
It saves time to cook stick bones in a pressure cooker, but the taste and the release of nutrients are not as good as warm-boiled soup.
