Covered Pumpkin Noodles

The pumpkin is cut into pieces and steamed in a pot.

Put the steamed pumpkin into a food processor and add an egg yolk to puree it.

Stir it into a thick paste.

Put it in a piping bag.

Squeeze the water in the pot into the noodles and cook.

Dredge the cooked noodles into cool boiled water.
