Cowpea is what we usually call long beans, it is an ingredient that we often eat easily. It is rich in nutrients and has the therapeutic effect of helping digestion.

Cowpea Braised Noodles

1. All the ingredients are cleaned and arranged into the desired shape.

2. Bring the wok to the heat and add some oil.

3. When the oil is 70% hot, add mushrooms, onions and ginger and stir-fry to create a fragrance.

4. Add the cowpea and fry until the skin is wrinkled.

5. Add water to the surface of the cowpea.

6. The noodles are spread evenly on the surface of the cowpea.

7. Cover the pot and simmer on medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.

8. Add chili, garlic, salt and soy sauce.

9. Wait until the peppers are cooked.

Tips:

1. When braising the noodles, use a medium to low heat, otherwise the water will dry and the noodles will not be cooked.
