Cowpea Braised Noodles

Prepare the ingredients

Rinse the mushrooms well with water.

Wash and shred the pork, use some starch to make it evenly.

Wash the cowpea, remove impurities, and cut into small sections.

Put the noodles in a steamer, steam for 5 minutes, take out

When the shredded pork turns color, add shiitake mushrooms.

Heat oil in a pan, add ginger and garlic to fragrant, add shredded pork and stir fry.

Add cooking wine, freshly smoked, sugar, vinegar, stir fry.

Put in the cowpea

Add oyster sauce and stir well, add a small bowl of water to boil.

Serve a small bowl of soup and put it out for later use.

Put the steamed noodles into the pot.

Pour over the soup, simmer until the juice is dry

Add some salt and stir

Add some minced garlic, chopped green onion, and stir well.
Tips:
1. The time to steam the noodles depends on the thickness of the noodles.
2. The oil for frying shredded pork is slightly more.
3. Fresh soy sauce is saltier than oyster sauce, so put less salt.
4. Leave half of the minced garlic and put it last.
