Cowpea Olive Vegetable Noodles

Cowpea cut into small pieces

Minced green onion, ginger and garlic

Put a small amount of oil on the bottom of the pan, add green onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance

Pour in the cowpea and stir fry evenly

Tips:
1. The cowpea does not need to be blanched before frying, it is easy to cook directly by frying. 2. Because the olive vegetable has a salty taste, it can be added less when adding salt later.
