This cold cowpea dish was learned from my brother-in-law, because when the first bite was eaten, the aunt in the shop and I said in unison: "How come it tastes so delicious, why can't I make such a taste at home?" So my brother-in-law described the process and the key points to me. After returning to Suzhou, he came to practice as soon as possible.
