Braised Rice with Carrots and Beans

Prepare all ingredients

Wash the rice and put it in a rice cooker for later use. Don’t start cooking.

Dice cowpea and carrots, red, green and green are good

Cut the pork into pieces and separate the fat and the lean

Heat oil, add green onion and ginger and saute

Add fatty meat and stir fragrant

Add lean meat for a small stir-fry, add 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce after the meat changes color, be careful of oil splashing, because I am afraid of oil splashing on my hands, I don’t dare to take photos too close.

Add the cowpea and carrots and continue to fry. I think it’s almost time to turn off the heat. I like to eat soft, so I turn off the fire when it’s almost soft, because it will be softer after simmering with rice.

After turning off the heat, put the vegetables and rice in a rice cooker and stir together, and then add water, probably just after the rice and vegetables

Turn on the rice cooker and start simmering, just like simmering rice

After tripping, wait a while and you can put it in the pan
Tips:
Don't add too much water. When you are a novice cooking, you can taste it while you are in doubt about the taste and maturity.
