Cowpeas with Sesame Sauce

Wash the cowpea.

Cut four finger-wide segments.
3.
Boil water in a pot, add some salt and vegetable oil.

The lower cowpea is blanched and cooked.

Blanch the cowpeas in cold water and set aside.

Add 1 tablespoon of tahini in a small bowl.

Add half a tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of seafood soy sauce, and a little salt.

Add cold boiled water and stir to form a paste. After mixing, taste it and adjust to your favorite taste. The sesame juice I made is salty and sweet.
9.
Place the cowpea on the plate.
10.
Pour the sesame sauce.
11.
Add some goji berries to embellish it.
