Cowpeas with Sesame Sauce

Cut the cowpea into sections and blanch it with two teaspoons of salt and a few drops of cooking oil in the water.

The cowpea must be blanched and cooked thoroughly.

Crush the garlic clove and pound the garlic with half a teaspoon of salt. Put two tablespoons of purified water in the garlic.

In a larger bowl, put two spoons of tahini

A teaspoon of chicken bouillon

A spoonful of fresh

A spoon and a half of sesame oil

Half a spoon of white rice vinegar and a spoon of sugar, mix well

Pour the water in the garlic paste into the sesame sauce, just use water, stir well and set aside

Place the cowpeas on a plate and place the garlic paste evenly.
11.
Pour in the mixed sesame paste evenly and decorate with red pepper.
Tips:
There are two tablespoons of salt in the water for blanching cowpea. The cowpea is already tasty, so there is only one pint of fresh in the sesame sauce without salt.
