Crab Congee

Wash the live crabs and cut them in half to remove the gills and stomach

Wash the rice

Put the rice in the pressure cooker, add proper amount of purified water

Put the crabs in the lid and heat, let the pressure cooker get gas and turn to low heat and cook for 10 minutes. After decompressing naturally, open the lid, add salt and white pepper, and sprinkle with shredded green onions.
