The taste of crab itself is very full, so don’t put too much condiments. The right amount of salt and white pepper can improve the freshness. If you like to eat ginger, you can put a moderate amount of ginger. My family doesn’t like it, so I put green onion .

1. Wash the live crabs and cut them in half to remove the gills and stomach
