The delicacy of childhood, we were born on the shore of Taihu Lake. Every year in the crab season, my mother buys some small crabs and cooks them, then removes the crab meat and boils it with lard, eats crab noodles to make crab noodles and tofu. It is really fresh. !

Ingredients

Crab Meal Lard

1. A small bowl of crab meat from 3 crabs

2. Wash the suet from the supermarket with water

3. Cut the suet into small pieces

4. Put the suet in the pot and add the cooking wine

5. Add white vinegar

6. Because it is frozen, I also added half an onion

7. Start cooking on high heat until oil comes out, then turn to low heat and stir from time to time to press out the oil

8. Boil the lard to remove the oil residue and onion

9. This is the boiled lard

10. Put the crab meat in

11. Put in a small spoonful of cooking wine

12. Add a teaspoon of ginger juice

13. Boil it for a while and add some salt

14. Stir evenly to fill the cup

Tips:

I bought it frozen, so I added half an onion and boiled it together! When boiled lard, use a high fire first and then a low fire!
