Crab Meal Lard

A small bowl of crab meat from 3 crabs

Wash the suet from the supermarket with water

Cut the suet into small pieces

Add white vinegar

Tips:
I bought it frozen, so I added half an onion and boiled it together! When boiled lard, use a high fire first and then a low fire!
