Tomato and Egg Soup

Prepare tomatoes and loofah, and peel the loofah.

Wash the tomatoes and cut into pieces, and remove the part near the stalk in the middle.

Heat the pan, pour in the salad oil, heat the oil, pour in the tomato loofah and stir fry.

Cover the pot and simmer for a while, and wait until the tomatoes are simmering.

Tips:
In general, home-grown tomatoes will have a sour taste, but most of the commercially available tomatoes will not taste sour. It depends on what you like. Anyway, I think it tastes different, but they are all delicious.
