Crab Meat Tofu

Cut Japanese tofu into sections, blanch in a pot with boiling water, remove and set aside

Steamed crabs and demolition (the steamer is boiled in water when the meat is demolition)

Put the tofu pingpu in the basin, put the crab meat in the middle (I used the crab legs to make a small shape), put it on the boiling steamer, and steam for 8 minutes (because they are all cooked, so don’t worry)

Pour the water in the tofu into a small bowl, add an appropriate amount of fresh, oyster sauce, a small amount of starch and mix thoroughly. Heat a little oil in the pot and pour into the adjusted soup. When the soup thickens, turn off the heat and hook it up. Pour in the gorgon and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
Tips:
I accidentally put a little more starch, the hook is a bit thick, but it is soft on the mouth, and the softness of the tofu, it melts in the mouth very well.
