Crab Meat Tofu Soup

Thaw the frozen crab meat, rinse it with water, squeeze the water, and mix it with cooking wine to remove the fishy.

Cut the soft tofu into small cubes.

Rinse the green peas and carrot diced with water.

Add 1 teaspoon cornstarch to 3 tablespoons water and mix well.

Heat up a pan and sauté the white onions until fragrant.

Fry the crab meat.

Pour in 500ml of water and boil. (There is a stock that can be put into the stock.)

Add tofu, green peas and carrots and cook for about 2 minutes.

Season with salt and chicken powder. (If you put the broth, you don’t need it.)

Slowly pour the cornstarch water to thicken it. (While adding cornstarch water, stir gently to adjust to your favorite consistency.)

Delicious and smooth. When eating, sprinkle white pepper powder to add flavor and warm the stomach.
