Crab Mushroom and Radish Chicken Soup

First wash the chicken and chop it into chunks.

Boil the chicken nuggets in a pot of cold water and blanch the blood. Remove and wash.

Add appropriate amount of water to the Supor health pot and add the blanched chicken nuggets.

Add ginger slices and cooking wine, turn on the health soup mode, timing 120 minutes.

Wash the white radish, peel and cut into pieces for later use.

When there are 40 minutes left in the health soup mode, add the white radish and continue cooking.

Cut off the roots of the crab-flavored mushrooms, wash and set aside.

For the last 10 minutes, put the crab-flavored mushrooms in the pot and continue to cook.

Then add salt to taste.
Tips:
Cooking chicken soup generally does not need to add too much seasoning. If too much seasoning is added, it will cover up the fresh fragrance of the chicken itself.
Don't cook crab mushrooms for too long, as they will lose a lot of nutrients.
