Crab Mushroom and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: winter melon (peeled, washed and cut open), crab mushrooms (washed)

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot to heat up, add the cut winter melon and stir fry

Then, add some water to boil and cook until the winter melon is broken

Then, add the cleaned crab-flavored mushrooms, stir and bring to a boil
5.
Finally, add 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce
6.
Add 0.5 tsp salt
7.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG
8.
Seasoning, stir well, serve
