Crab Roe Fried Rice

The hairy crabs are steamed.

Hairy crabs must be patient when removing the meat and crab roe.

When the oil in the wok is hot, add the eggs and fry them until solidified.

Add chopped green onion and minced ginger and sauté until fragrant.
5.
Add rice and salt.
6.
Add the crab roe and crab meat and stir fry.
7.
Stir evenly to turn off the heat.

Tips:
Crab meat is cold, so you must add some ginger when you eat it.
