There are many ways to make tofu. Today, I will come to an authentic home-cooked dish---crab tofu. Many people like to eat this dish. It is nutritious and delicious. Both tofu and seafood are rich in protein and low in fat. Regular consumption is good for health.

Ingredients

1. Prepare the raw materials; cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in boiling water with a small amount of salt for five minutes

2. Drain the water; put the salted egg yolk in a fresh-keeping bowl and beat on high heat for one minute

3. While it is hot, use a spoon to press it into a silt-like shape; add a proper amount of water, salt and pepper to the starch, stir evenly, and form a water-based starch paste
