Crab Tofu

Prepare the raw materials; cut the tofu into small pieces and soak in boiling water with a small amount of salt for five minutes

Drain the water; put the salted egg yolk in a fresh-keeping bowl and beat on high heat for one minute

While it is hot, use a spoon to press it into a silt-like shape; add a proper amount of water, salt and pepper to the starch, stir evenly, and form a water-based starch paste

Heat oil in the pan, fry fragrant minced ginger, then add salted egg yolk and stir fry; stir fry slowly on low heat until bubbles are formed, then add minced crab meat and stir fry

Add appropriate amount of broth (or water) and cook; add the prepared tofu cubes and cook together

Finally, add a little water starch; sprinkle with chopped green onion to start the pot
