Crab Tofu

The salted duck egg is separated from the yolk protein, and the carrot is diced.

Cut the tofu into small pieces and wash with water.
3.
Heat the oil, pour in the duck egg yolk and stir well.
4.
Add tofu, egg whites, and carrots and stir fry gently.
5.
Pour half of the water in the dish, add the seasoning, and simmer.
6.
Stew until the soup is thick, pour in water, starch and stir evenly, then turn off the heat.
7.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion after serving.
Tips:
1. The side dishes can be increased or decreased.
2. The salted duck eggs are already salty, do not increase the amount of salt.
