Crab Tofu

Pick out the crab roe from 1 crab, the crab roe is runny.

Put oil in the pan, heat it up, add the crab roe and stir fry for a while.

Pour in the right amount of water and sliced ham and bring to a boil.

Then pour in the internal fat tofu diced with a knife. Boil on high heat, put a proper amount of salt.
