Crab Tofu

Cut the internal fat tofu into one-centimeter cubes, dice the ham, and crush the salted egg yolk.

Pour oil in a hot pan, crush the salted egg yolk, and fry until the egg yolk is bubbling, and lightly stir-fry the cut tofu.

Pour in the diced ham, stir-fry gently, add water, mix well and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
