Preserved Egg and Tofu

Put the sugar in the soy sauce to melt two drops of sesame oil

Shred the green onion and red pepper separately and soak in cold water

Cut the tofu a little thicker, open six preserved eggs

The tofu will taste good when it is frozen a little bit, and the preserved eggs will be better cut when steamed!
