Cranberry Bean Paste Whole Wheat Buns

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour water, table salt, caster sugar, corn oil, high-gluten flour, and whole wheat flour into an egg-beater bowl.

Add yeast powder.

Knead it by hand for about 20 minutes, and cover the fermentation with plastic wrap.

After the fermentation is complete, knead well and exhaust, and rub the strips into 6 equal parts.
